Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Party Prom Dress as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Basic Night Dresses
  • Night Dresses

Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged or defective.

Additionally, Final Sale items (including clearance, special promotion dresses, and custom-made garments) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:

  • Item name from your order
  • Size ordered
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (if exchanging, specify preferred item/size)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 3: Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item and size you prefer
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply)
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
