Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Basic Night Dresses and Night Dresses unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other items from our collections including party dresses, maxi dresses, and dress sets are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Austin address using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
